A plaque will be unveiled as part of the formal naming of the Peace Garden in Mitcham. The garden offers a haven of tranquility to be enjoyed by everyone in the community. We hope the new plaque will symbolise unity in the borough and will encourage individuals to think about the importance of peace, as they enjoy being in the Peace Garden.

Members of the community are invited to come and help clean up Mitcham Recreational Ground, to improve this space for the enjoyment of everyone.
