Local schools sports contest, stalls from various associations, dogs, horses etc, music / dance from the Hounslow multi-cultural centre, Hounslow friends of faith. Also representations from Muslim, Hindu and Sikh societies. Councillors and Mayor. There will be a Police marquee with local SN teams, representatives from Police Associations, Police dogs and a recruitment bus. In addition to this and the main aim of the event is to promote the good work of people like the Fire Brigade, the Army and the Local Authority. The Army will be bringing along their inflatable assault course and there will be local youth groups performing on our main stage and the Grasshoppers Rugby Club promoting youth rugby. To keep the younger ones amused, there will be face painters, bouncy castles and fairground rides. Refreshments will be provided in the form of Nandos Chicken, Ice cream and hotdogs. PCSO Steve is set to make a few appearances throughout the day as well. | |
