Event 1 :  DASH Arts Inter-Faith Schools   Photography Project Exhibition

Photography ExhibitionThe inter-faith schools photography project involves 60 students from five faith schools in London and is running for one year. The Students are learning photography skills from professionals and using what they learn to take pictures - individually and collaboratively across the faith groups - portraying their own lives. Their images have become a touring exhibition available to other schools and organisations as an educational tool with an accompanying resource pack for exploring themes of faith, integration, identity, community, tolerance and multi-culturalism.
Participating Schools: Guru Nanak Sikh School, Islamia Girls' School, King Solomon High School (Jewish), Swaminarayan School (Hindu) and Mount Carmel RC Technology College for Girls.We are inviting local schools to attend this launch as well as other groups.

 Event 2 : Large Youth Event 'Peace & Myths, Lies & Labels

 Camden are holding a large Youth event along the theme of 'Peace and Myths Lies and labels' with the Camden Police Consultative Group at Co Co's club in Kentish town this is a main event focused in particular on Youth and Muslim Youth.

 Event 3 : The Launch of 2 Community Cohesion Projects

Camden are planning to launch two community cohesion projects which are themselves a mirror of one launched by myself recently and which are long term interfaith / Culture / community initiatives (see document attached for full details) we have a number of Faith groups involved in this already from the Islamic, Jewish, Christian, Hindu communities and from the Council partnership team etc   There is a policy document available.
