To All Event Organisers
It is important to ensure that everything taking place is captured by taking photographs and jotting down a few notes about what has taken place. Who was there and anything of interest that can be used for the annual report, website and any other publicity material. This will help promote peace week and help it continue to grow and attract interest from the media and sponsors.

All photographs should be taken straight off the camera in jpeg format and not edited in any way in software such as Photoshop or Paintshop and not embedded in word, emails or powerpoint as this often makes them unusable. Send all images and any written descriptions to info@weekofpeace.org.uk |
